You don't get it, as usual - I wasn't defending her in particular - I was objecting to people making 'unfounded' allegations against others! So you got it right 'this time' - and how many times have you got it wrong, I wonder! It is the principle!

my point still stands though: why bother going to the trouble of 'outing' someone? If anything, it makes you look like a bit of a dick for having a vendetta against someone. Raph, Samy, whatever the member goes by; it's all the same really - you can fake a life but you can't really fake entire opinions and feelings and so on; everything they posted I will accept at face value, except anything about their identity. But the same goes for every other member, really, we don't know each other - why DO we have to be who we are in real life? That's my outlook on the whole situation. I don't think it's a big deal. Oh, and for the record, I don't make 'unfounded' allegations, as I had reason to believe that she was fake, backing up my claims with evidence. I don't really see that as 'unfounded'. And that's the same with other suspicions I have on here...I have evidence, they aren't 'unfounded' allegations.

True, but then again, there's certain avenues to pursue rather than highlight it on an open forum you know? That's unhealthy and quite often uncalled for.

If you have proper 'evidence' as you put it - then give it to the admins - let them sort it! Doesn't sound like evidence to me! And what is all the fuss about anyway - I really don't get that - he/she wasn't doing any harm! It is all nonsense! The only concerns should be paedophilles! Kids mucking about - so what!

I'd be discussing it off the forum for about a month, I don't think I'd ever mentioned anything about Samy on the forum until today.

And I don't think I could ever call someone on the forum a paedophile...off the forum yes, but not on it.

Yeah, 'only concerns should be paedophiles'...concerns which I did and do have.

I'll give evidence to admin when I see fit. Besides, I've never received a reply to any PM I've sent to an admin anyway, so I see it as pointless.

I only responded to your post - because you implied I hadn't seen the link - but the comment was aimed at any of those making a big fuss about it - that only would include you if you are one of them!

But if that was your worry then you probably should have brought it up with Admin. I don't know, I just don't like the precedent that's being set on the forum at the moment.

As I said above, I've never received a reply to a PM I've sent to admin - so I see it as pointless really.
