They've done a good job really. Kept the best judge on (Louie) and hired an even better replacement than the stupid bitch that quite (Danni). Would have been even better if Cheryl stayed, but they'll probably get a good replacement anyway.

Danni was the best judge the last series. Glad Cheryl's gone, she's gone stale and repetitive.
And I don't think Adele would work. Amazing voice but wasted on trash shows like this. Last edited by Marsh.; 14-05-2011 at 10:49 PM. |

Cheryl has a much more successful music career than her both with GA and solo. Plus she has years of experience on UK XF. So its no comparison. Tulisa has no experience and is relatively unknown. Plus you need a big name to replace a big name. And Ndubz are not very big at all. Only in school playgrounds. |

I'm pretty sure the only older people that know of N-Dubz are just parents of chavvy kids.

I don't think a 60 year old woman like Osbourne could possibly know what relevant in today's pop climate.
What was interesting last year were people like Cher Lloyd, Katie Waissel, Matt Cardle and Rebecca - especially Cher. I didn't support her enough last year and she was a really interesting act, along with Katie's bluesy voice. |

We all know music knowledge is just a "desired" aspect of the judging job not a requirement. Tv worthy and entertainment comes first. Cheryl didn't recognise an Elton John song last year, lol. |

People who disagree - Just sit down and be quiet for a minute.
Everyone says Tulisa is the best out of N-Dubz. She's changed over the years. 2006 [Chav] ![]() 2009 [FIT] ![]() 2010 [Less Fit, but would still destroy her] ![]() And stop this 'Oh X Factor is doomed now' bollocks. It was going downhill anyway, it was turning from a talent show into some Reality Show that came along and ruined everybody's year. It's all epic during April/May to August, everyone's in high spirits and stuff. Then comes X Factor, the chavy fans who won't shut up about it, the media making it out as if the entire world must watch it - know what actually? This surprised me, The Royal Wedding was less hyped about than X Factor was last year and the year before that. ![]() Dull and over rated - Simon and Cheryl leaving was always going to kick it in the balls. Dannii has gone too, no one likes Louis and alot of you [and it's either Homosexual or Snobby] audiences can't stand Tulisa. It's brilliant, she'll cause rows with the contestants. Can you imagine it? Tulisa; 'You just can't sing'. Black Girl from South London; 'You wut? WHO ARE YOU LUV' TO TELL ME I CAN'T SING? YOU WANT GO THERE BITCH? YOU BETTER [insertxfactorlogoonmouthhere] OFF!' Can't wait. Like I said, it was going to die anyway - this just means it'll die in a funnier way.

I cannot see a young urban/pop artist taking advice from a 60 year old woman. It's unimportant that Cheryl didn't know an old Elton John song from 35 years ago. The important thing is she understood what is current TODAY.

Who exactly was Cheryl before XF? just a member of a girl group all her fame now came from the show. The only big hits shes had in the charts is after promoting it to 15 million people on XF, All her other tracks pretty much flopped. Tulisa hasn't had success handed to her on a plate like Cheryl and not had a huge platform to promote her music. You listen to Tulisa live compared to Cheryl no question who is more vocally talented. So it doesn't take success to still be talented. Its all unfair criticsm because of her background and music genre. Last edited by Jordan.; 14-05-2011 at 11:54 PM. |

Patrick your posts can come across as slightly rude at times; I understand you are just trying to say what you believe, and it may be in good humour but they all seem abit 'rant like' and aggresive. I thought you said recently when you returned you would have a calmer approach?
Anyway... I suppose it could be worse, it could of been someone who was ugly and knew nothing.

She's younger than I.
To be quite honest there are going to be very few who know who she is - the band themselves have only had two top-5 singles, and one of those was a guest appearance on Tinchy Stryder's. Not that Dannii Minogue was huge, mind.

The Elton John reference was an example that she knows very little outside of autotuned pop. This will become more noticeable in the USA when she is faced with a broader range of music which is very popular over there and rarely seen here. |

Look, Tulisa release crappy mainstream urban slime, she clearly has no taste in music. The fact she is related to Dappy should've made the producers think
TBH I'm glad, it will kill TXF, go Tulisa, guest judge Dappy!
