Thanks for that MTVN - much appreciated.

I'm happy confirm your earlier comment that the thread is less to do with the nationality - and more to do with the manner in which the animal was treated and the apparent glee shown by the onlookers (regardless of their nationality).

That story has ruined my day,I abhor cruelty in any shape or form and for GROWN men to find that entertaining is beyond my comprehesion,It is so sad that animals and kids are subject to these cowards,I have no name for them,they should just crawl away and die!

I take it you're using the term "men" in its loosest possible form.

You mention animals and kids, I saw a really interesting documentary about how animal protection officers in the USA are being trained to look for signs of child abuse, because one type of cruelty often follows another.
