That is utter boll0cks. Sorry, but that is completely unsubstantiated.

Whoever said English people were not allowed to be patriotic or proud of their country?
Well everytime we are, there is always some jumped up council git complaining lol, maybe its just were i live.

Im sure Glyn said that he "didnt wanna hear about it" i think when he was talking about Suzie and London....but its ok for him to go on and on and on about Wales, he expects them to listen to him talk about his background, but anyone else hes not interested

That's probably political correctness gone O.T.T. though. I know what you mean though. You get the whole.."you might offend foreign people"... It's all gone a bit overboard nowadays...

We had a discussion about this last November ... when officials wanted to rename Christmas...

HERE'S THE THREAD

It's creating racial divides though, instead of breaking down barriers.

Glyn is in his comfort zone when he's talking about what he knows. Anything else and he comes out with some strange things.

Richard, wasn't dissing Wales as a whole get over it people. I'm sure if he saw photographs of the places and countryside he'd love it.

I don't think Richard talks about Cananda because he has already said he's feeling a bit homesick and wants to go back.

During the last two weeks you're were bound to see many many St. George Cross flags being flown everywhere, because of the world cup.

I can even see a pretty big one erected on a piece of timber that's nailed to a wooden archway structure, in my own back garden. Why the descriptive term? To paint a picture in words. Having been in America, it's not strange to see flags in gardens almost everywhere, and on public buildings too. I don't see it as a bad thing at all.

I do know which direction the wind is blowing in and how hard it is too now.

He only used his argument against Glyn and Imogen, it's petty saying that he's aiming at the whole of Wales.

Anyway, I've heard worse comments on this forum about Wales, people saying Glyn's accent is annoying and thats the reason they hate him.

So put it in perspective.

Richard's comments were aimed at Glyn and Imogen but then started to slag off the welsh accent. He needs to look at his before he can slate any welsh people! Richard to be evicted on Friday - no better still a double eviction on Friday were Lea and Richard the Vile no marks leave!!!

I agree blackgloves he was soooo pretty!
We all know that Nikki does these things and she didn't even say anything about his canadian accent only Mimicked it (which is acceptable to me) but to slag off a nation just because he don't do Glyn and the Imogen is real ugly. This man is a tw*t and I for one can't wait for his ass to be kicked out. Bye Bye Rich!

Admin: Why do you have to be so confrontational and personalise so many of your arguments on here. If you don't stop this we will have to give out warnings. James

Sadly, this forum is getting a bit like that hunny. I think Lea and Nikki are having a negative effect on the viewers this year, and it seems a lot of the FMs are over-sensitive to every little remark....

It's like walking on eggshells sometimes on here...
I agree with that totally, this year this forum is quite hard to debate without people thinking and presuming things

If Richard thinks Glyn's accent is 'bad' then he should listen to someone from the Valleys - he wont understand a word.

Neither would many people not just Richard. I find it difficult to understand Glyn at times with Imogen you can just guess she will be saying cool, totally or bitching about someone rofl.

Richard dislikes two Welsh people for who they are as people, not because they're Welsh. People saying that this is racist are belittling REAL racism, and the plights of those who have had to face it in their lives.
