No,he was completely wrong, he was gieven them for the house not just for him and Luke A.
Ashleigh had shared cigarttes with housemates in the early weeks, odd how Conor can make offensive remarks and be pilloried for it all series but Adam can be given Cigarettes and tobacco for the house, yet chose to discriminate against a female housemate yet is hailed a hero for it.

I am no fan of Ashleigh but they were 'not' his to withhold, also we didn't see all the carry on and I would dare guess although not shown that he was very likely told by BB to give her a share of them.

....and it wasnt her shopping...but she denied her fellow housemates their right to proper food by agreeing to Carolines 'joke'!!.... Adam put it right...but the shopping list could not be rectified...
