It is obvious from the clip that luke S and conor have no idea adam chose the prizes...
His comments to deana were silly but I think he was joking, he said it to spur on deana, to get her more determined to stick it out.
It could be misinterpreted in a sexist way but that was not the intention imo.

As always, Deana was magnificent.
Took the task seriously enough to compete but sensibly enough to dance and joke to keep the others entertained. Slipped in a bit of gender politics (someone please explain that phrase to Ashleigh). She is a cracker.
In a house notorious for its surfeit of very unpleasant characters she stands out like a beacon of rationality - if she was my daughter I would be so proud of her.
