Actually Dave only survived 5. If you count when he was up before the S&R it wuld be 7, but he saved himself twice, so, overall, he was up 5 times. Go to wikipedia, there's the full nominations and evictions table there.

Besides, you said Deana survived 5. That way Deana would have survived 6 (yesterdays double evction).
But double and quadraple evictions should count as 1.
