Asylum's not as good as the first series was so far, the second episode showed signs of improvement though. I don't think the characters are as strong as the previous ones but I do like the faster pace of things so far.

When i look back i actually think i like more characters this season thus far.
Season 1 Favourites - Moira, Tate, Constance and Addie
Season 2- Lana, Grace, Sister Mary Eunice, Kit and Dr.Oliver
Plus its only episode 3

Is it worth catching up on season 1?

Is it gory and random horror stuff or does it tell a good, interesting story?
