does it seem unfriendly? lots of new tenants mainly kids can sense if a 'previous' tenant calls to say hello...Try not to worry its a very hollywood attitude to think all spooks are out to kill you...
If you are uneasy get a nightlight or sleep with rosemary under your pillow and get a dreamcatcher...If you sleepwalk it may be an idea to sleep in some undies?

Well the previous tenant owes me Ł600 bond then!!!! Yeah i got mega bad vibes hence me staying at a hotel.

Will defo film tonight but am ****ting myself.

The video just looks like your arm going out in front of you, before the the phone turns round towards you, the light is from the camera on the phone & you are lit up like you are 'glowing' because the phone crappy video quality can't adjust the contrast quick enough...

No ghosts, just you're having trippy dreams & sleep walking, not had any 'special' mushrooms lately? ...

I don't see anything in any of those pics?

The video has what looks like a human shape near the end, but it could be anything are you sure your mum never popped into the room to see if you were ok?
