we eat lunch at 3/4pm and dinner at 7/8pm. it's the only way to stay full throughout the whole day and avoid snacking

breakfast is at 9/10/11/12/1pm, we don't eat breakfast together in my house. it depends on whenever you wake up

whenever I have college though it gets confusing.. breakfast is around 7/8, lunch at midday and when I come home around 4/5pm I eat a little snack and then eat dinner at 8pm. it's been like that in my family since before I was born.
