OK so full day

2 packets crisps
Half pack of jaffas
Tin of spaghetti + sausage
Bread bun

Done for the day now I would think because hospital food is gross and I should be there soon

So wheres the protein don't tell me in an effin shake, are you taking a good quality multivitamin at least?

No idea. Doc just said they would ring me back. Just rang hospital who put me through to operations part though so I assume I'm getting it. They say 2 people are due to leave soon so they will call me then

They won't operate if you've eaten anything in the last few hours anyway I don't think... but I guess now they'll have you in and operate first thing so you might want to check when they ring if you should have anything before you go in....I've only ever been in hospital (maternity) once and all I ha was toast as it looked pretty awful...
