@ vanessa: I agree, Dex was the victim of bullying from day one...right up until the safe house. At which point there was a power shift. Because Dex was the victim of bullying by the house, it makes it harder to see that that changed. But it did change when Dex returned in a position of gretaer power and joined in the bullying of the next house's next victim (Callum). He didn't start the bullying of Callum, that was Dan and Jackie. But he absolutely embraced it and maintained it, using it as a stepping board into greater popularity.

Callum was an excellent choice of target for Dex. He was already unpopular and so there was greater social capitol, within the house, in being his enemy than in being either his friend or a disinterested party. But that wasn't the only thing that made him a good choice of target: Callum was clearly smitten with Charlie and also very clearly not adept at navigating social situations. It was clear to anybody watching from a distance (which Dex and Gina were) that Callum had more potential than the others for 'snapping' under pressure, and his desire for Charlie provided the perfect mechanism to exploit to that end.

Dex has needled and needled in quiet, under the radar ways, so any response from Callum read as unwarranted escalation.

Fair play to him (as the Hms might say ;p). It's a game, and he played it much better than Callum did.

After just watching Rylan's show this morning and getting a bit of the Dexter/Sam niggle,I applaud Sam for pulling Dexter up again and I can see Dexter hanging himself over Sam, Sam will not be called a liar and Dexter has picked the wrong person to get at now.

Dexter needs to relay what people actually say to him, the actual way they said it and not re-invent it or add words to suit himself at the time as to what they have said.

There is a very unpleasant side to Dexter coming out even more now than has already been surfacing over the last 2 weeks but by getting at Sam, I feel and also hope, he will pay a very heavy price for doing so.

Totally agree, Dexter was taken aback that Sam had learned of how he had spoken as to what he said behind his back.

I think Dexter's downfall has really begun, okay he has survived 6 evictions but each time he gets nearer to going, and this week he may well have been the next choice to go too.
Getting at Sam behind his back is, I think anyway, another fail as to whatever his game plan/s were.

This will backfire on him getting at Sam.
Other than Sophie, I cannot see the other housemates going along with getting at Sam by him and Sam also now has been alerted to how Dexter will be behind his back too.

To be honest I seem this coming, purely because of his affiliation with Callum.

Sam is the only person he can pick on, knowing that, if he successfully tarnishes his image and turns a few people against him, he will very possibly get the to the final week.

I just hope people start seeing him for what he has become again, for the second time in the show, a ruthless game player who will walk over anyone to get where he needs to be.
