She's said plenty of times that she really likes him so there's no bias. I really wish she had told Sophie the truth of why she was evicted instead of saying she didn't know..... She was boring, full stop. I think Emma and rylan do a great job, better than Davina and Brian.

Just read the OP and then skipped to the end to reply, haven't read all comments, not woke up properly yet. Just one brief thing to say.

People are allowed to NOT like Dexter, it's not an offence

The majority of guests they've had on the show have all disliked him and all given the same reasons for their opinions. And Emma is as entitled to an opinion as anyone else

I said it before she got the job, she would not be a good host because she is too opinionated about the housemates. Godawful

I agree Emma can be biased. On this occasion perhaps BB wanted to get it across via Emma that although they announced Dexter was the 'least greedy' and safe from eviction, they weren't really rewarding him for his behaviour and had seen right through him. Just for those who might not get it.

Are the same people now complaining about presenter bias against Dex also the people who applauded the presenter bias against Callum?

We are used to it on BOTS but to traverse to the Eviction show was just ridiculous, Yes Emma was of course reading from autocue, but can you imagine the outcry if she described Sam as Weasley Sam, and asking about Sophies feelings towards Dexter, as if he had the whole room to choose lol, fixed for Dexter to win rofl.

Emma does as the producers tell her. Anyone thinking she has a completely free hand in these matters is deluding themselves!

Big fail, Dexter. Sam won that round.
Nothing devious about taking the money
If it's "gameplaying" it can't be a devious action.

A bigger con is to say you don't want it when you really do.
Especially if you've already accused someone of gameplaying. (I.e. they're playing but you're not !)

What I mean is...
If Sam didn't want the money and ISN'T "playing the game" then what has Dex's decision got to do with Sam ?
And why does it bother him so much ?

Answer me that one. (I bet you can't !)

Sam was adamant that he would choose the highest amount in order to STAY and he did just that

Dexter chose the least amount and couldnt hide his devastation when he realised the money was NOT his and then compounded his mistake by trying to wriggle out of what was obvious to everyone lol

It was hysterical listening to a different reason every minute,

its a lucky chinese number lol

I thought it was a trick and no one would get the money

I didnt see the Ł99,000

etc etc etc

It was pathetic but a lot of fun to watch!!!

Yes, his piece to camera was very convincing......... NOT!

He hedged his bets in case it was a BB lie and the highest would be evicted.... at least he'd scoop the whole prize pot and go.

He was certainly adamant about being first to choose............

Exactly. What they fail to realize is that Dexter badly wanted to go last so he could see what the others picked and he could pick lower and BINGO!

And what about the one where he thought someone would choose a Ł1 and be selfless.

I'd love to know which one of the 4 the Dexter fans are going along with.

Sam didnt want the money in the way BB were offering it, he wants the money if he wins.
Dexter has said on numerous occasions that he does not want the money it about his journey, after the task it was obvious Dexter is about the money, thats what bothers Sam & thats why he called him on it.

Exactly, if Dexter had been honest about wanting the money, no problem, but its all been about the 'journey' for him lol

When confronted with his lie, he just kept digging a bigger hole with several excuses, it may have worked with the idiot that is Charlie, but Sam is not an idiot, or a 'muggy little boy' he's more likely the NEXT Winner of BB!!

Yes it can. You can play a game fairly or you can play it deviously. Playing fair could win you the whole show, playing it deviously could lead to you losing it.

Quote:

Isn't that what Dexter said?

Answer me that one. (I bet you can't !)
Because Dexter was always saying he wasn't in it for the money. Then he blatantly tried to walk off with a large amount that belongs to the winner AND (which I think angered Sam more), he then told so many versions of his thought processes it was obvious he was lying and trying to take them for gullible fools.
Sam played fair by the other HM's, Dexter didn't.

Now answer me this one - Why would Sam bother saying anything to Dexter when Dexter didn't get the money anyway? The prize money was still there. So it wasn't about the money, it was about Dexter trying to fleece the other HM's.

I love Emma, I think the whole 'devious Dexter' thing is actually in his favour, makes him sound much more interesting than he really is, I do like Dexter but his jealousy of Sam is getting beyond a joke..........."he's a muggy little boy"

Oh I dont think so

Dexters little 'performance' of desperately trying to 'steal' the money finished his chances of winning

If Im wrong, I'll hold my hands up on Monday but the majority of people voting are not forum members, just people who watch HL show each night and they will judge Dexter for that night, accordingly

I think the Twins may even beat him to third place, that would be hysterical lol
