Amazing how Dexter rightly got it right and is praised in dealing with an ignorant question /comment from someone much older than he is, yet Sam is rude and shocking for doing rightly the same with someone also being very rude in their question/comment too.

The difference was that Dexter did it with humour Joey, and Sam did it with a fair amount of snugness !...Surely even one so young and well mannered as you could see the glaring differences in their responses!
