Why wasn't he arrested by the Taliban(the people in charge of Afghanistan at the time) even before 9/11?? let's remember he also attacked the WTC in 1993! He blew up vans full of explosives in the WTC basement expecting it to knock the tower down in 1993. Do you think the 1993 WTC bombing was also an inside job?
