No to a union rep. We've got Mods who are supposed to police the place.

I'm all for members coming up with suggestions though. After all, it's the members who make this place. I'd like to see regular suggestions voted on by the members.

nah, no offence sheriff it's a terrible idea....

it's the mods job and as someone said (not sure without reading back...think it was Jesus though) it's just adding another layer to a process, pretty spot on really - I actually don't mind not having appeals anymore, although it had good aspects, I used to rant like mad in there and it never achieved anything, it's ok as it is now I think, and you can choose a mod or admin to approach about things, there's nothing to stop us doing that, I find I get fair and honest replies nowadays, mainly because I try not to go at it like a raging bull like I used to, and try to let things go a bit more, it's as much to do with my attitude to them as it is to them doing their mod job ...... am aware I sound really goody two shoes here but I'm being genuine, and as a result I am enjoying the forum a lot more again, like I used to.
