Yeah basically.

Although in season 11 when they introduced a twist that made Chima's hoh/nominations completely useless because they gave fan favourite houseguest the power to change her nominations last minute. Chima got fed up kicked off, microphone in the pool and asked to leave.

They turned that around on her to make it look like she was kicked out for "bad behaviour"... Chima had every right to be angry.

She worked alongside Arnold Shapiro until BB7 (All Stars) when he stepped down and she took over, it was a pure and fair game for the most part up until then and that's when all the manipulation started. From what I understand anyway

I think she came in after season 7 to produce season 8 and on wards as the executive producer.

She's the worst thing about BB and the reasoning to all if it's faults/problems. I absolutely love the show, but the most annoying thing is that it would 10x better with someone other than Alison Grodner in charge.
