Foreign Office guidelines state homosexuality is a crime in Morocco.

He was four weeks into a five-week holiday in Morocco when he was detained by police at a bus stop.

He had gone to the north African country to see 20-year-old Mr Nass for the second time, after developing a friendship on Facebook.

tbh, they are lucky they weren't killed over there... there's some seriously scary places in Africa and its scary to think you can still be stoned to death in this day and age.

it sucks that they had to go to prison, but yeah, be super careful when you're on holiday in a messed up country.
