seems like peoples reactions are similar with all 3 cases though tbf. I don't know what I think about it tbh, I mean I couldn't ever imagine anything ever making me kill my children like that so surely these women must have some serious mental breakdown to be able to do it?

Yes in these two cases the mothers killed the kids, crazy enough to kill the children but not themselves it seems.
