I can appreciate Bea as a good housemate in hindsight but she was the very definition of a sociopath. Her treatment of Freddie was borderline bullying and proved she is nothing but a vile, scummy c*** and far more deserving of these descriptions than the usual suspects are every series.

If a man had acted like she did there's no way the fans she has would have supported him.

eh, I get your point but I know for me personally all I cared about was who Bea was targeting her rage at. When she was causing Freddie to choke on his tears, I was thrilled because this all came after a week of him being a piece of **** and arguing with everyone while proudly stating that his fans would save him once again and breaking house rules for no reason and losing the house's first luxury budget in over a month just because (not to mention that Lisa and David and Charlie and Rodrigo all had it out with him and he was smug as ****.) But when she would make David seem like the crazy person in the argument or join in on the Noirin witch hunt with her Team Marcus shirt, no sister, nuh uh.

But you're right that if Bea was a man I probably wouldn't like her much at all, because if Bea was a man the public would probably actually get behind her and she'd actually have power and it'd be nightmarish. Bea being a woman works because you know that the public's going to ****ing hate her and take care of her before she gets too much (okay maybe she already was a bit much but you get the point) and she'll just be the storm that came and went. If Bea was a dude it'd be the Ziggy thing, the John James thing, the Aaron thing no thx.

Well said, I was really uncomfortable with her behaviour and she still is the most hated housemate in BB history for me. I love a good villain but as you said if that was a guy doing that would she be as beloved by many. The way she used Freddie then dumped him in his own hour of need was vile, he was no good to her anymore. Her whole hippy act was fake and she totally changed when Freddie left, the bitch came out and peaceful hippy chick was no more. Her downfall was glorious though.

Bea in retrospect was spectacular. She gained popularity very quickly from taking on Kenneth and then singlehandedly became one of the best villains Big Brother has ever seen. Her eviction was amazing - didn't she have Kim Woodburn on the panel with her?
