Normal should not equal boring, but in Chloe's case it does.

I think the issue isn't that she's normal but that there is nothing distinctive about her. Like she said, all the others have these talents (though why she singled out Danny in that when he's the most normal lad in there is beyond me). Even normal, everyday people have a distinctive talent or quirk. Some sing, some do amdram, some climb mountains or ride horses. Chloe hasn't had her distinctive aspect show. She's a committed 25 year old who enjoys partying but is looking at settling down with her partner and starting a family. There's nothing wrong with that but there's nothing stand out about it either. It should be a backdrop for a character, not her whole character.

just doing a poem on this one line - the break down is she can not cope and see's everyone else as not normal and game playing - its to much for her - this is why i have respect for her and it would be great if she could get the strengh and do a game plan and change things.
i like her - no proposal poem just yet. ![]() |

she's distinctive in that if she see's something she doesn't agree with she says it out - she doesn't wait to 'test the waters' to see how she should play it - she doesn't hold it in because it might make her look bad. She just says it out - she has done this on a few occasions and backed up people when they were being accused in the wrong......thats a lot more important than the 'talent' that is being shown by the other housemates...namely, making politicianlike hand motions, walking on tiptoes, weightlifting a 46 year old child, dressing up in woman's gear and acting like a lady for panto, pretending you can rap.

I personally think making insulting remarks towards or unnecessarily discussing housemates friends and family members and personal lives should be against the rules. Talking about how eccentric someone's mum seems when they talk to Emma on eviction night, fine. Hypothesising that they're a terrible parent and that said housemate obviously has an awful home life, out of order.
If I were ever a housemate and came out to find people had been dragging my friends and families into discussions there would be hell to pay. Likewise I wouldn't like it if I knew someone who went on the show and suddenly I started being discussed on forums as if I had signed up for such judgement. It's unnecessary and it's out of order. |

She would be strange by Ch4 standards, but she's normal by this lots standards along with Cristian, and Kieran before he got evicted.
My main issue with Ch5 is that they don't show you unless you're in some horrible showmance, or being disgusting in some manner. With this series for example I think the others deliberately get shown as boring so we all bow before Marc.
