i'm not saying he's gay, i'm just saying he probably has some attraction to the male physique to spend so much time and effort thinking and working on it.

No, being a narcissist means someone is overly self-obsessed and vain. If a narcissistic guy is in love with their own body, that doesn't mean he's necessarily sexually attracted to other guys.
