I got the impression that Gorgina was in parent mode when she spoke to Marco who did not appear to hear her or ignored her the first time she called Marco's name so then she had to raise the volume to get his attention. Speakers into the Garden could not have been working as Andy says, "I would not be surprised if Gorgina just made all that up". So I suppose it is no surprise that it is actually Marco that is not giving respect but accuses Gorgina of the same sin.

She didn't really raise her voice and the fact that people were talking over her....there was nothing about her acting like a mother. She was just passing on a message that was sent to Marco 3 times before by Big Brother. But I get that it's difficult for a chip to understand everything said to him.

Can you blame her for shouting at him though? Big Brother had been telling the rest of the housemates for ages to get Marco to behave she was probably at her wits end.
