Just giving an example how people in this country prospered under Thatcher.

Before Thatcher, some people had to go round to watch the neighbours telly, if an event was on, because they couldn't afford a telly of their own, but by the end of Thatcher's time, all households had a telly in each room.

I know that's probably not a big deal to you, but to the people who lived it ,saw the difference.

When I heard this comment I was thinking what an idiot and laughing at the same time.

I really despise Jackson, but there is the odd time where his horrible behaviour makes me laugh, maybe it's because I'm lacking a villain in this series I don't know.
