I obviously see the biological factor, but the fact is she had a sex change and is now a woman, no matter if she's a biological woman or not. She was trapped in the wrong body, so has always been a woman.

I'm not normally very PC actually, but to deny India being a true woman is silly.

Nobody is pretending that though. The question being put to people is do you consider the finished result, so to speak, to be a man or a woman.
