I know what Nicky means although its not players egos. The media always inflate England's chances well before its justified and that "infects" the general public and it does become quite unbearable. However, in this case, given that England have reached the semis the enthusiasm and excitement is actually justified, they are 90 mins away from a potential final.

I like the reasoning behind your picks, and would normally be agreeing with you on it as I like underdogs to do well.
