The problem is people associate flying with luxury, it is a no frills airline you pay your money, you take your choice, as long as their safety record remains impeccable I don't have an issue ...

I don't associate flying with luxury at all, I wish I did and was one of those people who can afford first class

I used to defend Ryanair like you for the same reasons but I think they've just gone too far lately

I remember the days when Aer Lingus were the only way to get to Ireland by air... 400.00 roundtrip! I will sit on the wing if it costs 70.00

I think for people living outside Ireland they have been a lifeline, when my Mum was ill I was going backwards and forwards every month or so and they were a Godsend, sometimes I got there and back for 40.00

Going to have to break the bank and get a panini next time...I usually have my head buried in my book when they coming around asking for hot food orders

Sometimes I go to Rome and use Alitalia. Flights leave from London and i don't have to go to Stansted. But from rome to Pescara is about thee hours by bus.
