for things that didn’t happen:

- I remember thinking that James Whale would get himself thrown out. I thought that he would say something unacceptable. Turns out the last person from that series I would have expected to do that got himself chucked out!

- I also remember thinking after the Adulterer incident that Kim would kick off like that again and they would just chuck her out

- And I also thought Ann Widdecombe’s misgendering would become a regular thing and lead to her ejection at some point

As for BBUS, Evel Dick is the only person I can think of who could've been ejected, and should've been ejected, but he did have a lot of fans and if he was ejected, fans would've just accused the show of rigging in Eric's favor, and Evel Dick still had a huge fanbase, so CBS was in a double-edge sword anyways.

Partially due to the format, CBS is also produced in a way that ejecting multiple people for various reasons is not possible, since there's no intruder there to replace them. Though many houseguests would've been ejected/reprimanded if they were playing with BBUK's rules.
