DS clamped down on this a while back and frankly this should be adopted word for word:

What this means is that you can by all means voice how much you like / dislike a housemate and you can give criticism and your opinion as to why this might be. What we don't want to see are personal insults about appearance, homophobic or transphobic posts, sexist comments, comments about sexuality and how someone is a "slapper" or "slag" etc.

We have already had to take action against comments of this nature and this should go without saying really. Please keep the level of discourse civil, fun and remember that you are talking about other people.

The term "Dirty Rat" has been with us for decades.
