To be fair the attack itself still hasn't been found on camera, the only there's evidence for is that the rope was put around his neck. They wouldn't use it as evidence if if they thought it could just have been put there by himself, but there's still room for a scoach of scepticism.

Imagine being this desperate to make out that a victim of a hate crime is lying based on nothing but your own incorrect assumptions.

The police have confirmed the facts, you can continue to delude yourself into thinking that this didn't happen or that it was set up or whatever you're thinking but that won't change the facts. Accept that you're wrong or continue to look foolish by denying the facts.

I've never once made out that he's lying, yet you say I have. I'm just talking about.the actual reality of what we know.

At least they were considerate enough to make sure the bleach didn't burn his skin or damage his clothing, and they didn't even damage his sandwich!

You should probably ask yourself why you are so desperate to try to poke holes in a crime when the police, who know more about this situation than any of us, have already confirmed the details of the attack.

Alf, had Warren Mitchell been assaulted, hospitalised and obviously traumatised by a pretty awful attack that had racial and sexual undercurrents, would you want actual visual evidence of that attack, or would you sympathise with him??
