This is a serious crime/accusation, yet I've not seen anything definate yet.

Until there's definate proof that the attack is on camera, then he only has his word. I've read reports that his manager heard the attack on his phone, and reports that he and his manager have refused to give the police their phones.

Neither the police or the hospital staff are stupid. If he has been faking it, they would soon say. You know so many people are attacked without there being any solid evidence of what happened, and it's not really typical to say someone is lying. Sure there are some attention seekers, but the normal course of action is to let the police do their job, and sympathise with the victim until proven otherwise.

The police haven't confirmed anything of the kind. Keep up. The only thing which they have confirmed is that they want to speak to 2 persons of interest and they've shown a cctv picture of those 2 people walking, but they have found no footage of an actual attack. Those 2 people of interest could be totally innocent.

I think something happened, it could well be exactly as he says it was, it could have happened differently.

The story is questionable at the moment.

The story so far is that at 2.30am on the coldest day recorded, in a city that is a massive democrat voting, Trump hating City, Two people were roaming the streets in MAGA hats, wearing ski masks and carrying a rope and bleach, on the off chance that they'd bump into this Jussie fella. The area is camera laden, but police have yet to find any footage of an attack. The have found Jussie on camera walking with a rope around is neck.

You should probably ask yourself why you are so desperate to try to poke holes in a crime when the police, who know more about this situation than any of us, have already confirmed the details of the attack.
