There’s having an open mind and then there’s being ignorant. The attack obviously did happen and you wanted police reports, you got them I’m still baffled at your skepticism. Almost as if you sympathise with the attackers because not once have you said anything about what they did

For what it's worth I don't think you're "racist", Alf, but I do think you're... defensive. You feel like it's "conceding something" to admit that people are attacked for reasons such as homophobia or racism... that doing so is somehow "losing ground". Just take each story as it comes

Well If it has been caught on surveillance camera then that is evidence, and then we can get to the truth, so what's your problem with me? I've just followed the story.

To be fair the attack itself still hasn't been found on camera, the only there's evidence for is that the rope was put around his neck. They wouldn't use it as evidence if if they thought it could just have been put there by himself, but there's still room for a scoach of scepticism.
