You started on me in this thread for absolutely no reason. I was sympathetic to what you went through in the game yesterday, and even brought this up in the social group room.

Even if you thought I was attacking you, I assumed we were in a place where you could have dropped me a pm, but no, let's make a big song and dance about it, where you only attack 1 of the 3 involved yesterday, when I had the most inconsequential role in the whole thing.

Oh no. I'm very sorry people. Don't fall out.

It's my fault it all took so long yesterday because I should have given Slim a detailed briefing on what the game format was etc. He really was winging it and did well considering.

Cherie I hope you reconsider. I will do the others games first and then ask you again.

I regret it was such a traumatic experience but blame me not Slim. He really bears you no ill will and didn't mean anything negative towards you.

I am sorry but will learn from the mistake and hopefully the next game will flow a lot quicker. Xx

...I don’t think that there is any blame to be laid a such and really it would be sad for any fall outs over this because it was a learning thing for all of us...and there had to be that first person and you did really well, Cherie and I hadn’t realised that Slim wasn’t familiar with the Deal or No Deal format, so he also did very well, also ......the format as it is, is obviously not good or workable...not for any of us because so many hours like that is just too exhausting and mind numbing at best and worst, it’s quite unhealthy and just not great for our mental well being...

...on the plus, though...we did try to laugh our way through and that’s good for the soul....

...(...I think maybe...)...it would be a plan to have a poll, if people are okay with the different format and playing a few rounds because we do appreciate it isn’t what you signed up for, as it were...and also if any of the players or other members have any suggestions to how it could be adapted more practically into a forum game...?...
