the 2 4 6 and 4 6 8 diet is a diet that was made up by anorexic people? so do NOT do it. I used to do .5-1-1.5 and it's ****ed up my metabolism forever

I tried the kellogs cereal diet for a year and lost three stone. it was really hard though and i ended up putting a stone back on after it.

People would be surprised how much weight they would lose if they just exercised often... I eat pretty much what I want but just exercise all day and I aint fat or anything... instead of sitting about I go for walks when bored and Im always on my feet all day, always running about always jumping and stuff... yes im knackered when I get home but its worth it in my opinion.

Breakfast: Special K Bliss, Apple Juice.
Lunch: Coronation Chicken Jacket Potato. Dinner: Chips + Chicken Nuggets + Salad (ha). Done a lot of walking today too. |

bowl of cherrios 2 slices of tuna on toast (ok i know i said no bread but i have nothing in the house!) 3 crackers with cheese and later.. pushing bf to go get morrisons salad box for me tonight lol |

So far;
Late Breakfast; minipizza school thing [basically heated tomato, cheese and dough for 50p] and a banana Lunch: pizza and ice cream :P Afternoon snack apple, 4 pieces of toast Tea Rice, Chicken, Naan Bread. Desert 2 biscuits and about 20 grapes Drinks 3 glasses of water and a big glass of milk I had three of my five a day. I may have one more thing in a sec. Excersise: half hour walking.. oh dear.. need to eat 3 more pieces of fruit and veg :] I'VE HAD NO DIET COKE TODAY! just water tommorrow i'm going to have a healthy lunch and try and have at least 4 pieces of fruit/veg and also no soft drinks |

yesterday i ate-
breakfast- a baby carrot lunch- skipped dinner- skipped snacks- something easy to throw up so i chose a apple drinks- water- 3 litres |
