Jean hasn't smoked since she first became a regular in like, 2006?

I'm sure she only ever smoked in those episodes when Stacey first went visiting her.

I remember her being a regular smoker in the Sean days though still. She weren’t as rough later on as she was in those December 05 episodes but the smoking lasted a while longer with her from what I remember.

I suppose it all coincided with the smoking ban. Probably easier cutting down on seeing characters smoking. Even Max only ever smokes on the outside set on infrequent occasions.

I hope we get some scenes as hard hitting as those with Jean.

Can't believe that was 10 years ago last month, I remember watching those scenes where she lies down in the road with my mum and she was crying.
