So the official premiere of Deep Breath happened in Cardiff and now around the world, and some people may be interested to find out what the titles are like. There is a link to watch them in the spoiler.

The titles for the series are completely different to Series 7B, from what I've seen from a leaked video. They're based on a design uploaded by someone on Youtube who was actually employed by the BBC... his name was on the script leak. The titles can be watched here:

Interesting. Apart from the clock theme it's ok but they need to keep to one set title sequence not changing it up every series

I was trying to keep it spoiler free, Pete Some might not want to know anything about it until it airs.

Also, they've only changed it a lot recently. The titles stayed practically identical throughout the 2005-2010 run, and they only changed the theme tune once.

They changed for Matt Smith's introduction in 2010, and then they decided to do the whole "blockbuster" themed titles for the five episode of Series 7A. Then for Series 7B they introduced another version.

I love the look of the new titles, it's something really different to what we've seen before. Made sense to change them, seeing as Matt Smith's face was in the other ones lol.

Shame - though the series 6 story arc was a complete mess at times, I did enjoy the adding of clues and plot points as the series went on.

I don't mid sort arcs but I prefer every episode to have a new adventure. My face story arc the bad wold one if that counts because it didn't focus on it until the end.

I think it will be a "loose story arc" like Bad Wolf in series 1.

So it will lead to something in the finale but not be all consuming like the crack in the universe or the Silence. Thank goodness.
