I really hope that Germany wins it. Not feeling Argentina for some reason.

Thank god Van Gaal and his negative tactics are out, 250 minutes without a goal. The final has a chance of being great now with Germany and Argentina.

Messi's chance at history then. Sub par in the knockouts, but people won't care if Argentina win the whole thing. Should be interesting.

Have a feeling it's going to be Messi's moment at cementing himself alongside Maradona in history.

Hopefully completely wrong and Germany have a repeat performance of yesterday.

If Di Maria somehow recovers then an attack of Aguero,Lavezzi,Di Maria and Messi is pretty frightening tbf. Still think Germany are too strong though. Sad that if they win it will be dubbed as Messi having to carry scrubs though and how great he done getting them there.

Brazil vs Netherlands -> Netherlands will win the bronze

Brazil had a embarrassing 7-1 defeat to the Germans, while Netherlands lost to Argentina in the penalties.

Brazil will play for pride and a chance for a little redeem after their humiliating loss. After all, a medal is better than nothing and itīs always nice to end the tournament to a win.
But they still miss Neymar and Silva, so the same problems are still present.

Despite losing to Argentina, Netherlands has been very solid in all areas and hasnīt made many errors on their World Cup campaign. Van Gaal has been able to gather an amazing squad.

They key to who will win the match is in the fact of which of the teams has recovered and dealt better from the defeat they suffered and gained some kind of motivation to play for the win. The one who has done this, will claim the bronze medals.

Why has Scolari not dropped the entire defense and midfield that lost 7-1 to Germany? Luiz, Maicon, Gustavo all playing, why?

If he is going to Porto then they are going to have a great young squad next season. United could do with him, looks more promising than Smalling anyway.
