We're going to play defensively, as we have a loser of a manager. Welbeck is the perfect player for that scenario.

Against Bayern he was our only real outlet over the two legs. He scared Martinez and Boateng to death in that first leg. His pace and energy will scare centre backs. Tonight in the 90th minute he still had energy.

I see Ireland layed the blueprint for dominating Italy once again this past weekend

The question is whether England have the bottle and talent to follow it on both counts after there performance against Ireland a couple of months ago at the home of football i would have to say no on both fronts but we will see
