I liked Ronnie tonight meaning business and threatening Nora/Adam not to come near her family.

The Stacey/Max scenes I enjoyed too, it is obvious Max wants sexy times again. Stacey run off to try and talk some sense into Kat after he went to the bathroom to probably relieve himself LOL.

Because she is Ian Beale's daughter and Ian Beale is a regular character, so a big episode in the anniversary revolving around him makes sense because the character is an EE legend.

I don't think it matters tbh. The story will follow the effects of her death and also secrets and revelations about what she's been getting herself involved in will come out later.

So whether you like the character or not, her death is the start of the storyline, so it's all about the aftermath of that and figuring out the mystery.

A big fuss is because the attention will be centred on Ian for the majority of the story. The only original character who's never left the show.

EastEnders' Cora Cross and Patrick Trueman will find their friendship tested next week when her actions over Dot Branning push him too far.

Viewers know that Dot is currently struggling to cope with the news that her son Nick has died, and as his funeral approaches, she is hurt when it becomes apparent that no-one liked him.


Cora is particularly insensitive over Nick and offends Dot, causing her to turn on Patrick.

Upset that Cora has caused a rift with him and Dot, Patrick is cross with Cora over her actions and they fall out.

However, when Cora pushes him too far again, Patrick finally loses his cool and he demands that she moves out of the B&B. Is their friendship over for good?

EastEnders: Nick Cotton's funeral sparks Sharon, Phil row

Sharon Rickman gets angry with her partner Phil Mitchell on EastEnders next week after he plays a role in ruining Nick Cotton's funeral day.

The day of Nick's send-off sees a number of Albert Square's residents come together in support of Dot, even though many of them aren't particularly sad over her son's death.

The service itself goes well as the locals manage to keep a lid on their true feelings and Ian Beale gives a moving eulogy which offers comfort to Dot. However, things later go wrong at the wake when it becomes very clear that everybody hated Nick.

Phil also sparks further tension by choosing this moment to reveal something that Ian wanted to keep hidden. Dot is left furious as the insensitive behaviour of her so-called friends has ruined Nick's day.

Later, Phil seeks forgiveness from Sharon as she is livid with him for stirring things at such a difficult time for Dot. However, when Sharon also quizzes Phil about Shirley Carter, it seems that his close relationship with his ex may also be playing on her mind…

Departing EastEnders character Lucy Beale agrees to go into business with Lauren Branning next week.

Lucy, agrees to team up with Lauren following some encouragement from her twin brother Peter.

The storyline comes after Lucy decides to prove her worth by setting up her own property letting agency.

The girls are excited to be embarking on the new project together, but there are soon teething problems as Lucy doesn't seem to be keeping Lauren in the loop regarding all of her business decisions

One issue is that Lauren is furious when she discovers that her ex-lover Jake Stone has designed their new website, which leads to her quitting in protest over Lucy going behind her back.

Lucy manages to win Lauren back round by promising that there will be no more secrets between them, but can she stick to that? And with an untimely demise on the way for Lucy, could her new business play any part in the tragedy to come?

Stacey's disguise is such a fail, poor girl I feel sorry for her. That scene with Ronnie was ace and ooh at Roxy seeing Stacey and then Ronnie getting involved by stopping her sister via manipulation from not going to the Police.

So Alfie conned Nicole out of £15 k and she turns up wanting one night of sex as payback? I reckon she's planning her revenge and wait till Kat finds out, can't wait till he is exposed for being a hypocrite. The Mo/Kat scene about Stacey was nice.

Janine looking out for number one, but gave a hint she really is all about getting out and wanting to be with Scarlett. Janine loves someone other than herself for a change.
