It's just my opinion and thats if he even had a phone in the first place, do you really think they are going to let him out and give him free reign to phone his contacts and do whatever else he pleases? I really don't think so why would they bother escorting him there and back if that was the case?

I just seen a small clip of Gillian mentioning the driver but didn't see the whole interveiw so may have missed the escort bit.

A Big Brother spokesman confirmed that Rylan has left the house to rehearse with his choreographer.

They said: "Rylan has rehearsed for his tour on site with a choreographer escorted by a Big Brother producer."

BB have broke the fundamental rule of the show in a massive way and if anything have discieved the fans. Honestly people need to complain about this surely it breaks some sort of rule to mislead viewers like that?
