Exactly. I feel i can chat to most people in here without any problems. I do think the mods in here do a brilliant job. It can't be an easy job sometimes!

I agree that is not true as far as i can see although some moderators behave better than others they are fair in general.

One reason I stepped down from the position after 4 years was because I got sick of dealing with all the petty crap and being castrated for it. It started ruining TiBB for me.

It really isn't easy sometimes being a mod, even if it looks it. But the whole friends of mods thing annoyed me the most. I've infracted and banned many of my friends on here if they cross the line, same as the other mods do.

Near the end though I was feeling the strain, it was becoming so unbearable. I honestly much prefer TiBB now without having to worry about what everyone else is doing.

I know it wasn't aimed at me, and I took no personal offence. It just didn't sit comfortably with me that most people on here were trying to help you one week, then the following week you're criticising people on the forum.

I didn't realise you had particular trouble with a clique, as the only person I see you consistently arguing with, is Alex.

That's true, but that happens in real life as well. Some people are nice, others not so much. I always talk to anyone who is friendly to me and avoid those i don't like.

Yeah its just my perspective, I just think if you want to get "close" to people you have to interact more than on the Board, as the popular threads move on so quickly alot of posts don't even get read never mind responded to so maybe people feel they are being left out if they post something and it is not replied to..I dunno really if there is a definitive answer to the question...

Yes i would accept that Alex and me rub each other up the wrong way something rotten but i like Alex he has his own mind and doesnt shy away from speaking it i would be a hypocrite to dislike him for that.
But yes i do have problems with some on here and naming and shaming wouldnt help.
