I wouldn't label him or anyone else a rapist without proof, and certainly not because the DS implies it, but I have gone off him since he made the 'women are like my accessories' remark. I wanted to like him, and did for quite a while, but there is something sexist and sleazy about him that I personally find off - putting. I think he's a con man who tries to make himself look 'big' and important when really he is coming across to me as just a pathetic little man with an over sized ego.
I admit that he can make for good viewing at times, but no matter how entertaining someone is, I couldn't support them to win if I don't like their basic character.

So you can get a warning for just explaining what's involved in a sexual fantasy that's enjoyed by consenting adults?

I personally find the fantasy/act itself to be quite odd/weird, but whatever, some people might be up for that, who am I (or BB) to judge? I don't see how you can warn someone for just describing/explaining what this (legal) act entails? Makes no sense.

Also, shame on all those (and Daley) playing the rape card. Rape is specific, it's the forced act of sexual endeavors on a party without consent. Dexter doesn't say anything to suggest that this 'act' involves forcing yourself onto another party without consent. We don't really know if Dexter said he actually DID take part, but if he did, then a warning was certainly in order, and a severe one at that. If he didn't personally take part, then it wasn't.
I wish BB would show footage of these convo's and warnings and let the viewers actually see exactly what occurred.

those sex parties n stuff they do all sorts. blind folds ppl goose them n try figure out who it was after. its all legal and consenting. describe it the wrong way though could seem dodgy which i guess is what dex has done.
