Because Daley lost his place in the house, he'd already received the ultimate punishment and all focus was inevitably turned onto Hazel. She was not open about why Daley was ejected to the rest of the housemates, nor did she tell them that she had got a warning. They were in disbelief about it all and, again, Hazel's stock went down. We agree on much, but where we disagree, is on the issue of blame. BB is a popularity contest and none of the housemates have to do 'the worst thing in the world' in order to lose popularity fast. I think that Daley would have been vilified too, if he'd have stayed in. |

she didn't even take ownership of her own behaviour....her pitiful non-explanation of the daley farce was just embarrassing....she tried to justify the unjustifiable instead of just holding her hands up and saying she behaved like a twat

Exactly, some people are copying Hazel by going into denial and pretending her stay in the house wasn't a disaster. What's the point in creating a fantasy and ignoring that fact that she made a disastrous choice in associating with Daley which defined her time on BB?

Yeah, the public can't call her a home wrecker when the only reason she was voted in the safe house was because people wanted to see them have sex lol... the voting public are home wreckers

What a complete and utter load of rubbish. The public kicked her out by a massive majority to huge boos and chants for her to get out. Only someone completely deluded and out of touch with reality would say anything other than that Hazel got a massive dose of reality last night. Unfortunately, she is too narcissistic to ever see the truth.

Until the last few days she hardly spoke about her. It's only because Hazel deliberately goaded her continuously that she has talked so much about her. Otherwise, it was only really in the Safe House. Hazel is a massive narcissist, Gina isn't. She is just spoilt.

Oh for sure, I think we agree on most of it. I don't like either of them personally, but I don't hate and detest Hazel either, I think she made a few costly mistakes and rightfully wasn't going to win because of it. I feel much more negatively towards Daley. The whole voting them into safe house together to see what they got up, I mean, I get it, it's entertaining, but it's also the public setting them up. I really think they were voted in because the public wanted to see something happen, and when it did, they act shocked and appalled. Too funny lol

It's like Emma wasn't prepared to accept Hazels answers and was really trying to get the answer she wanted out of Hazel, which really isn't the best way to conduct an interview. I thought Hazel did well in the sense that she gave the answer she wanted to and wasn't swayed by Emmas prodding and attempts to elicit the response she was after.

Ironically enough - Charlie's friend actually helped her out a lot. By bringing up Daley so close to the end she confirmed why Hazel had been so disliked on the outside, and so Hazel had almost a full week to assess the questions she was likely to face and prepare her answers for them. She was completely ready for the Emma interview, complete with quotes, examples, exact order of events with Daley etc.
Charlie's friend unwittingly helped her to not be caught off guard. |
