Growin’ up fast.
|
If jades up theyll reverse it again.
Jade is nothing like helen. Helen is the school bully and Jade is the one who stands up to it hence why she isnt scared of marc

There is manipulation, but it wasn't done to keep jade in, it was done to try and reverse declining viewer ship figures. As much as I like Jade, production probably have 2 or 3 replacements for her lined up already, if they really needed it. They would be just as happy to throw Jade under a bus if they thought it would improve ratings.

The amusing thing that no-one has touched on yet, is that we have no idea if they took all the newbie eviction noms or just 2. If they took all their noms then they could then manipulate the result by picking the newbie noms that best suit them. Its not a paid for poll, so has no regulation. They need to rig it for her, Marc and Simon if this they want this series to stand any chance of doing well. No point trying to make it happen to then decimate it again
They're usually pretty good when it comes to rigging (see: Speidi, Perez), but after repeating the worst twist in BBUK under the same rules as in 2010 meaning we lost three great housemates, I'm not sure I trust these incompetent twats to do anything good |

Tbh, in 2010 that was hardly a twist. It was a pre-final clearout they would normally have because there were too many people left for the end.
This year is far worse after only two weeks and rigging the nominations and replacing the 4 evictees. Last edited by Marsh.; 31-05-2015 at 05:44 PM. |

Indeed, but they could have easily had six finalists instead of five, had one double on the Friday and a surprise eviction on the Monday before the final instead. I'd say it was a twist cause the quad eviction was meant to be 'omg!!! they're kicking four out!!!' but it was a deliberate ploy by PEJ to ensure Josie won and a last **** you to the fans who had criticised the show in its last few years

This time we were 2 weeks in and had almost half the house replaced with newbies. A more drastic change IMO. Last edited by Marsh.; 31-05-2015 at 05:49 PM. |

They need to rig it for no one and let everything be normal. No wonder the ratings are going down.

Unless they're gonna ditch the public vote, then rigging it for no one is really not an option. It's ironic that it's actually the public who are the detriment to the success of a series

The reason I don't trust Channel 5 to rig things is that they're afraid to let new storylines develop. They see something hot going on in the first week and drag it wayyyyy out past its expiration date. Speidi vs. The House could and should have easily been a week-long storyline, but then it gets dragged out for a full series and nothing happens. Same with Hopkins vs. Perez (which ****ing sucks when you hate both sides involved.) It's not bad to let some big characters go and let new things develop, but Channel 5 is afraid of letting people like Perez go for whatever reason. Even though Kav provided more original content than him tbh

I've enjoyed a lot of C5 CBBs and I've never understood why I always disagree when anyone calls one of them "The Best CBB EVER!!!" but you've just clocked onto why for me, it's the repetitive nature of them. Drives me mad. The same dynamic dragged from launch through to the final. |
