Agree.
Take Helen for example, I really dislike her but she is one of the most memorable HM's ever.
We should not let our personal feelings about a HM cloud their popularity with others.
I can never decide if I like Nikki or not, I do think she is a really good person deep down but she is awful at expressing her emotions.

Yeah same Tarryn on all counts, the only problem I have with Helen being considered a Legend and going back in, is that she was only on the show last year and I would consider a "Legend" to be from older series, like If they wanted a C5 HM they should have went back to their first Series I think

I think they don't get HM's from the first few series as a lot of viewers are teenagers & would not know them at all (I'm feeling very old right now )
Agree that it was too soon for Helen plus I'm not sure BB would risk bringing her back again for future series................or would they

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the cat ladies on Facebook are not an accurate reflection of general public opinion. Neither are the forums, in all fairness, but certainly not Facebook commenters.

Nikki is a Big Brother legend, it isn't an opinion, it's an indisputable fact. Whoever said she is a marmite character is right, but she is still a renowned legend in the Big Brother family.

And this must be the thousandth time I've said this this week, but winning Big Brother UK is not an effective measurement of how good of a housemate you are either, since the public are in charge and the public crowned Sam ****ing Evans a winner. On a side note though, the people pointing out Nikki failed to ever win are forgetting that technically speaking she was crowned the most popular female housemate ever by being the last woman standing in UBB. So perhaps a new criticism is needed

It isn't an opinion though. Clips of Nikki's time in the house are still shared around social media even now, 9 years on, if you say her name to most people they will know she was in Big Brother, she is one of the most recognisable faces of the show, whether you like it or not. That makes her a Big Brother legend. As was Jade, Brian Belo, Dowling, a few others...

People's personal opinions of her are irrelevant

I agree with Jack.

But Belo stands out like a sore thumb in that list. He really isn't that big of legend. Let's be honest. He was in BB8, the series which started the decline, and he isn't even the most memorable housemate of his year.

Dowling, Jade, and Nikki are legends.
