Emma interviewed the white Jim Davidson and never once mentioned the fact that he had become a virtual pariah in the 80s for making homophobic and racist remarks.

Except for the small matter that Jim Davidson is a comedian and Winston McKenzie is not, and that Jim's comments were - for whatever reason - not brought up within the house.

It's extremely idiotic to suggest Emma is racist. She made no comment on his skin colour, his ethnic background. Her issue with was his homophobic opinions.

Because he didn't say any of that whilst he was in the house.

Winstons was homophobic in his VT on this show. He then built on that homophobia by refusing to accept his views were wrong. Regardless of whether BB engineered the situation, he still failed to see any wrong in it.

One thing your failing to keep in mind is that Winston said some stuff in the house that was seen as offensive to some people.. had he not said it, how do you think things would've been? Doesn't make Emma or the crowd racist at all, it would be the same if anybody else did it :|

Winston only actually said offensive stuff inside the house as he was prompted to by BB. He was not homophobic, or did not show it INSIDE the house, until BB dragged up a comment he made years earlier.

I feel his lack of homophobic comments was the very reason for the task that brought up all of that stuff. BB expected him to be insulting towards Chris/Johnathon but he wasn't. So plan 2.

Everyone was fine with him in the house ,even the 2 gays ,so clearly had said nothing wrong or homophobic until BB hung him out to dry ,for no reason whatsoever
