Betfair is punter against punter with betfair taking a commission so its the truest system. Bookies make their own books and throw in teasers to make you bet, like yesterday, they made Danni strong fav to go and then after they took loads on her from mug punters, they flipped her and laid gemma at odds you couldn't back. They couldn't loose yesterday unless you tried to take gemma at big odds which they were restricting to £20 pops.
