It's a new room and in the corners of the pictures you can see they're they corners of the wall as the 3D effect folds around the corner.

Looks like the regular size of a diary room (bearing in mind when the diary room is moved around it's rebuilt).

We're just used to seeing it close up to the housemates when they're sat in the chair.
