If it was originally internationals, but a few probably wanted too much money. It's rumored that they couldn't do full all stars with the people they wanted (like Emmett/Jillian) If these things are true then they honestly should have just done full newbies. But it seems like Global is following the CBS route early.

Drag Race is also partially scripted and much easier to have a predetermined pecking order... I'm sure the BB producers have someone in mind that they'd like to help advance where they can...
