I’ll happily flat out say that the only possible excuse for supporting Depp in this is simple misogyny. The excuses made for him are insane. She said she doesn't do drugs, when her own nurse documented her cocaine use.
She took the sexual assault story from her ex assistant and made it her own.
The cream she said she used to cover the bruises wasn't even made unitl 2017.

She has no evidence of all the times she said he hit her.
And he has a lot of rings. If he had hit her like she said, it would have done a lot of damage.

Exactly
why didn't she get him help ?? or why didn't she leave him if he was so abusive. I know some couples get in a rut and feel trapped or stay together despite the unhealthy destructive state but this really is something else.

I'm not saying that Johnny is angel. He himself has admitted he was battling drink and drugs problems.
But I believe he wasn't the aggressive one.
That was Amber and there is plenty of evidence to support it.
So far zero evidence that Johnny hit Amber like she said and the picture support it.
The only evidence came from the testimony of two dead people. How convenient.

Why is it framed as “heard supporters” and not “depp detractors”? Depp is an abuser and yes there is abundant evidence of it, already upheld in court. This is regardless of what Heard has also done. It’s not a competition about “who was worse” and then declaring the other an angel. It’s a complex situation and some of the things he’s quite clearly done are horrendous. The widespread support of Depp online is fuelled by high-profile MRA accounts and the whole thing has already resulted in more abused women being treated with suspicion. It is misogyny.
