Would you complain about an advert that said " if you are thinking of or having sexual relationships and have have any questions about sex, infections, safe sex, contraseption, pregnancy and your options, no mater what your age. Then come talk to the sexual health advisory service for free, confidential advice" ?

Because this is the sort of thing they are talking about. Not

"UP THE DUFF, THEN COME TO THE ABORTION WAREHOUSE, DARLY DALE, FENTON, MEASHAM AND NOW STOKE. OPEN SUNDAYS. credit terms on request."
Well thats not what this thread hints towards, I haven't researched into the whole idea but I was just having my opinion on what the thread was hinting towards. If they are advertising a place where you can go for confidential advice then why the hell does the title say... 'Abortion Clinics are to advertise on TV' giving out advice has nothing to with abortion.
Yes people after having advice might take up abortion, but what has the actual advert got to do with it?

No, babies are not people at all are they? I should apologize for not agreeing that unborn children should be slaughtered.

Atheists run adverts stating there is no God, so isn't that the same thing.
What on TV? If so I haven't seen it, and I am against it then if it is... I am atheist but no need to shove it in peoples faces.

I think that is about the Bus ads.
Yes, those too but there are also ones on TV.

eveyone has an opinion and a choice, there are some kids out there with no support, maybe no internet so could be another way of reaching another 'group' of teenager,
abortion is a really immotive subject and think its one of those things that you don't know what you'd do untill you were faced with it yourself.can't imagine its as easy and cold and calculated as all make out.some may act out of desperation-who knows!!!the 'mother' does have to live with decision for rest of life and thats if she even had the choice.i don't know

"Someone in a coma and on a life support machine"

A life suport machine can be turned off.

Fom, my point is that there are no plans for abortion adverts like the daily mail are claiming. They are doing there normal thing of twisting the story so their readers have something to get their pitchforks out for as they are moraly outraged. Be it claiming Trainspotting was pro drugs and should be banned. (the film had not been released at this point and if they had seen it they would not have seen a better anti drug film) or Grand theft auto is turning our teenagers in to murderers, and should be banned (even though they had not seen the game) all the way through to "Abortion adverts will get 10 year old girls prenant"

Even if you don't read the mail the fact that you have already stated you are going to complain means the Mail have done their job.

You don't know what you're talking about. The points you made in a previous thread on abortion all contradicted each other. I don't even think you know what you're debating about.

Fair do's, lets leave it at... if it happens I will complain, if it doesn't I won't complain. I am reacting to the idea of advertising the clinics themselves, if it is some helpline or something... then I am all for that.
Just a mis understanding, but I have stated my opinion if it's true.

Aborting is Legal? That doesn't mean it isn't murder, it just means our government are disgusting (which looking at the news recently they are)
Unborn? And? A full term pregnancy is unborn yet it is still a baby.
Abortion is legal up to about 24 weeks, when the baby is almost completely fully formed. If you think that isn't murder then you have problems.

Go on then when have i contradicted myself.
You seem to post a rolling eyes smilie every time i mention my disgust at abortion. I only reply to your post when i am challenging your argument which is the point of debate.
So instead of rolling your eyes why don't you accept others have different opinions and you might learn something.
